Straight out of one of NH's most hardcore and famous gyms ever, Galaxy Gym, I started competing in powerlifting at the age of 15, with the hopes to switch over to bodybuilding, which I did in 1996 when I was 18!

I'd like to thank my original trainer, Wayne McClay (owner of Galaxy), for getting me onto that powerlifting platform one snowy February day back in 1993, 'cuz it started my career in the iron sports and you know anything at all about me you know that I've never, ever, looked back!!!

2005

After winning the NPC Northern States I had planned to move on and try the 2005 NPC Junior USA.

With the sudden passing of the NPC MA/NH District Chairman during the 2005 Arnold Classic, I put my competition career on hold in an effort to grow the NPC in my region and became NPC Chairman.

My attempts at returning to competition were less than succesful and as of 2010 I am retired!
