Tearin' it up in the '10!

Well hey, wazzup?! 2010 is certainly coming together for me as a great year! I've been attending church regularly these days and lots going on for me in the business side of bodybuilding with all of my supplements & powerlifting promotions in full swing...

Training is going great, and I'm about to look at the contest calendar for the first time since last year to decide on the contest that I'll be walking on stage at this fall. And Ive started my prep for the 2010 US Powerlifting Federation's National Championship on June 20!
